Environmental drivers of local and temporal variations in the community of oak-associated borers (Coleoptera: Buprestidae)

This dataset contains the R script used for the paper "Environmental drivers of local and temporal variations in the community of oak-associated borers (Coleoptera: Buprestidae)", currently published in the peer-reviewed journal "European Journal of Forest Research".

During the BUCHE (2016-2018) and the CANOPEE (2019-2021) projects, the P2E and INRAE EFNO teams sampled Agrilinae in the canopy of six oak-dominated forests in France (Orléans, Vierzon, Marcenat, Chantilly, Boulogne, Châteauroux). Insects were caught with green multi-funnel traps hung in the canopy of oak tree. Collected insects were identified at the species level by Aurélien Sallé, Elodie Le Souchu and Xavier Pineau at the University of Orléans.

All the analyses were performed by Elodie Le Souchu. Aurélien Sallé supervised the work.
