In this study we sequenced metatranscriptomes of Pseudo-nitzschia galaxiae diatoms exposed to their lytic virus PnGalRNAV. There was an initial sample prior to the experiment. The experiment involved separating the initial culture into 3 by 3 flasks. Three were treated with the virus and three were left untempered. We sampled all flasks five and nine days after the experiment start.
