Microbial community structure and settlement induction capacity of marine biofilms developed under varied reef conditions

This project aims to investigate the effects of a nutrient gradient associated with mariculture on prokaryotic and eukaryotic components of the marine biofilm community and assess differences in the ability of biofilms to induce coral larval settlement.
