RNA-seq dataset from Seminavis robusta MT+ cells treated with filtered medium containing the sex pheromone SIP-. Part of the dark-synchronized cultures were treated with SIP- filtrate and both control and treated cultures were harvested in triplicate at each of following time points: 15 minutes, 1h ,3h , 6h and 9h.
