Abstract:Study: Characterization of the physiological variations induced by ractopamine ingestion in pigs. Dataset: The dataset contains 164 mzXML files created from Q-Exactive (*.raw) files. 124 samples and 40 QCs injected in 4 batches. Design: 2 Classes (Treated, Controls) from serum collected at day 3, 9, 16, 18, 23, 29 with for each sample 2 extraction procedure (M and MW): QCs with 40 files, pool of every samples extracts M + MW, Controls with Extraction M (31 files) and Extraction MW (33 files), Treated with Extraction M (27 files) and Extraction MW (33 files). Workflow: The workflow consists of the following steps: preprocessing with XCMS and CAMERA, batch correction (loess), quality controls filters (RT and QCs CV<0.30) and multivariate statistics. Comments: Please note that, the original publication of the study by Tao PENG et al was made with R and SIMCA and that the presented workflow reproduce the same workflow in W4M Galaxy environment.
