Lophelia pertusa response to low pH

RNA expression patterns of Lophelia pertusa to low pH are analyzed and presented to understand how the corals will respond to future environmental conditions Overall design: Fragments from 3 genetically distinct colonies were maintained at 2 different pH regimes, 7.6 and 7.9, for 4 months. The colonies were sampled after 2, 4.5, and 8.5 weeks for RNA sequencing.
