The site is situated south of Obergurgl (Ötztal Alps, Austria) above the Zirbenwald. The local field name of the site is "Bruggboden" It contains selected group of arolla pine trees (Pinus cembra). The data set encompasses Terrestrial Laser Scanning TLS Riegl VZ-6000, This data set has been acquired at the 4th edition of the Sensing Mountains 2022 - Innsbruck Summer School of Alpine Research – Close-range Sensing Techniques in Alpine Terrain.
