The research on pedagogical training of higher-education teachers and associates investigates the status in Slovenia from the perspective of human resource development in higher education. The aim of the research was to identify how higher-education teachers are involved in pedagogical training and to what extent. As well as what are their experiences and their attitude towards training and assessing pedagogical qualifications in the habilitation process. The collected survey data are valuable source of information for studying various aspects of the quality of the Slovenian higher-education system.
