Zooplankton diversity in the Perdido region in northwestern Gulf of Mexico.

This study analyzed the zooplankton community in the Perdido region in the Gulf of Mexico by metabarcoding the 18S rRNA V9 region. The aim was to evaluate the relationship between zooplankton diversity and oceanic conditions during two seasons.
