This data has been sampled in 2021, from a field of durum wheat (Triticum turgidum subsp. durum (Desf.) Husn.) located at Montpellier (Sourthern France; (43.649470° N, 3.873644° E), to assess the effects of combined water and nitrogen limitation on root colonization and mycorrhizal community diversity in roots, rhizosphere, and extra-radical hyphae.

Data concerns mycorrhizal colonisation abundances and variables measured in the field, and 18S matabarcoding data (Illumina) on M-FRE and G-AMF using primers pairs AMV4.5NF/AMDGR (350 bp; Sato et al. 2005). For details, please refer to the README.
