Population_Genomic_Study_of_Oryzias_latipes__Medaka_Fish

We aim to explore the population genomics structure of Oryzias Latipes, Medaka Fish, which is an established model organism that also has a broad population in Japan and elsewhere in Asia. In this study we have selected 8 trios (mother/father/children trios). We will align, calling SNPs using standard trio aware calling tools and estimate both hetreozygosity and linkage disequilibrium parameters.
