In order to understand the microbial community structure and dominant species of the heavily polluted farmland in Tongling mining area.In this study, 16s rDNA Illumina high-throughput sequencing technique was used to analyze the bacterial communities in polluted farms around the Shizishan mining area in Tongling City, and the dominant species were analyzed.
