Marine and freswater temperature data, Kerguelen Islands.

Temperature data obtained during a bio-logging experiment in Kerguelen islands on sea trout (Salmo trutta) from January 2018 to January 2019. Temperatures were obtained using either acoustic receivers equipped for temperature measurement, or directly using VEMCO temperature loggers (for freshwater sites). Temperatures were measured every hours for the formers, and every 4 hours for the latters. Spatial coordinates and depth (for loggers at sea) are also provided. An excel sheet provides details on all loggers (N=49), and each logger's data are recorded in a simple text file.
