We have produced whole genome DNA data and RNA-seq data for the Northern krill (Meganyctiphanes norvegica Euphausiacea) for genome assembly, annotation and population genomics. This data was used to study the genetic basis of ecological adaptation in this species. This project contains the raw read datasets associated with this study.
