Simulation data: A Phosphorylation-Induced Micellization switch in the low complexity domain of TDP-43

Trajectories and data analysis of molecular dynamics and semi-grand canonical simulations of TDP-43 LCD micellization upon phosphorylation. Trajectory data were downsampled by a factor of 50 (i.e., one frame retained every 50 frames). Full trajectories are available upon request.
