It is still unclear how the intestinal microbiota changes and what the effect is at different stages of growth in Procambarus clarkii. In order to obtain the important basic data and provide guidance and basis for the search of factors and patterns related to changes in the intestinal microbiota in P. clarkii, this study analyzed the composition of intestinal microbiota of intestine in P. clarkii among different development stages.
