Raw data of Alternaria leaf blight disease evaluation on different genotypes of Carrot after treatment with water for control modality or biopesticides treaments

This repository contains the raw data supporting the paper ‘Identification of plant resistance inducers and evaluation of genotype receptivity for carrot protection against Alternaria leaf blight’ written by Le Clerc et al. 2025, doi: 10.3389/fpls.2025.1513301, are organised into three Excel files. The files called ‘trial 3’ and ‘trial 4’ are raw data supporting the figure 5 and Supplementary 1. The file called ‘trial 5’ includes raw data supporting figure 7 and Supplementary 2. Data are scores for Alternaria leaf blight disease evaluation on different genotypes of Carrot after treatment with water for control modality or with different treaments (fungicide or biopesticides). All details about challenged carrot genotypes, applied treatments (fungicide and biopesticides) and processes are given in the paper. Disease symptoms are scored following a 0 (no symptom) to 9 (completely blighted plant) scale as described by Pawelec et al. 2006, doi: 10.1111/j.1365-3059.2006.01290.x. Colors in the files are similar to those used on the paper figures.
