Replication Data for: Stabilization of a polar phase in WO3 thin films by epitaxial strain

This dataset contains the raw data needed to reproduce the figures in the article "Stabilization of a polar phase in WO3 thin films by epitaxial strain".

The data are presented in

1) Plain text format (.xyz, .xy, .csv extensions)

2) Image format for STEM data, temperature-dependent RSM plots (.png extension)

3) Bruker sfrm format for SCXRD data (.sfrm extension, can be imported into CrysAlisPro software). The SCXRD data is accompanied by a .par file containing the peak table with peaks for the four indexed triclinic domains and the substrate (can be imported into CrysAlisPro software).
