Selective inhibition of insulin-degrading enzyme eliminates hemolysis interference in serum insulin measurements.

DOI

This dataset was created to evaluate the effect of 6BK on insulin measurements in hemolyzed human serum samples. The dataset contains quantitative biochemical concentration data obtained from human serum specimens, with a primary focus on insulin levels. In addition to insulin, the dataset may include measurements of other biochemical analytes relevant to sample characterization and analytical assessment. The data are intended to support the investigation of how hemolysis and the presence of 6BK influence the accuracy, reliability, and interpretation of insulin determinations in clinical laboratory settings.
