Videos show time-lapse microscopy of mat formation by SBW25 strains in cap-less microcosms filled with 6 ml KB medium and inoculated with various cell densities (see individual captions in the main text). Images were taken every 10 minutes for 24 hours, while incubation in static conditions at 28°C.
