Although previous studies have shown that the ability of S. dumerili to adapt to thermal stress is weak, few studies to date have examined the molecular regulatory mechanisms by which S. dumerili responds to MHWs. Our findings provide new insights into the role of miRNAs in regulating the response of S. dumerili to MHWs at the molecular level.
