Replication Data for: FLASH effect tissue sparing comparison for X-Ray, hadron, and VHEE irradiation modalities

This dataset contains input files for Topas MC Monte Carlo simulations, the corresponding output data from these simulations, and Python scripts for post-processing and analysis. It is intended to support reproducibility of the study and facilitate further research by providing ready-to-use scripts and data structures. The files include all necessary inputs to replicate the simulations, as well as tools to process and analyze the results. The dataset is organized into five main folders, each corresponding to a different modality. Each modality folder contains three subfolders: 1) TOPAS: Contains all Topas MC Monte Carlo input files required to run the simulations. 2) Data: Contains the output data from the simulations, including both raw and processed results. 3) Python: Contains Python scripts for post-processing, analysis, and visualization of the simulation data.
