The study aimed to evaluate, within a Dutch elderly care organization: 1) the effectiveness of team-based (quasi-) experiments developed using appreciative inquiry on job resources, team crafting, work engagement, and vigor of healthcare professionals, and 2) the impact of the experimental process on the effectiveness of these experiments.
