Genetic variants from 567 French cattle samples

The vcf file contains SNPs, small insertions and deletions (InDels) detected with Illumina paired-end sequencing data (15X mean coverage) for 567 bulls from 14 French cattle breeds. Sequences were aligned on the ARS-UCD1.2 reference genome assembly sequence using bwa mem and small genomic variations were walled with the GATK software.
