The data is divided in subcategories: bnf_data, clinical_trials, coloc, drug_target_mr, drug_target_mvmr, phewas and tissue_expression, based on the different sections of the main results.- scripts: includes the python code (.ipynb) used to generate the figures in the main body and supplementary materials. Fig2_Fig3B_SuppFig1-3-4-34-5-33B.ipynb has the code to generate Figure 2, Figure 3B, Supplementary Figure 1, Supplementary Figure 3, Supplementary Figure 4, Supplementary Figure 34, Supplementary Figure 5B - Supplementary Figure33 B. Fig3A_SuppFig5-33A.ipynb includes the code for Figure 3A, Supplementary Figure 5A to Supplementary Figure 33A. Fig3C_SuppFig5-33C.ipynb includes the code for Figure 3A, Supplementary Figure 5A to Supplementary Figure 33A.
