Structural variation of the Charolais breed bovine genome

The 5 vcf files contain structural variants detected with respectively Hifi (40X), CLR (42X), ONT (42X), Illumina (120X) and the haplotyped-resolved assembly of the heifer Th SV were detected, using pbmm2+pbsv (HiFi), pbmm2+pbsv (CLR), minimap2+svim (ONT), bwa-mem+manta (Illumina), minimap2+svim-asm (assembly) with ARS-UCD1.2 assembly as reference.

The Research Institute for Agriculture, Food and Environment INRAE, with the support of a consortium of private companies and Occitanie region, carried out the SeqOccIn research program.
