The AGENT project compiled a broad and diverse collection of datasets, covering both biotic stress trials (disease resistance) and abiotic stress trials (primarily drought resilience) across multiple environments and years.
The biotic stress datasets included observations from field and greenhouse trials focused on key diseases in wheat and barley, such as yellow rust, leaf rust, stem rust, powdery mildew, Septoria tritici blotch, and net blotch. These datasets typically contained: disease severity scores, plant growth stage information, resistance classifications and environmental descriptors (site, season, management).
The abiotic stress datasets captured genotypic performance under drought and irrigated conditions, including grain yield, plant height, heading and flowering times, thousand kernel weight and dry matter accumulation
