Replication Data for: Seaward migration of European eel through consecutive migration barriers: passage at a pumping station and tidal sluice.

DOI

This dataset contains acoustic telemetry and biometric data from a study on seaward migration of European eel (Anguilla anguilla) through two consecutive migration barriers in the northern Netherlands — a pumping station (Ezumazijl) and a tidal sluice (Cleveringsluizen). It includes raw-filtered detection data, receiver station metadata, individual fish biometrics and passage outcomes (n=35 and n=27 fish per barrier), and per-event passage probability data with environmental covariates (n=462 and n=282 events). A full variable codebook is included. See the accompanying README for file-level details and the associated publication (Van Rijn et al., in press, Canadian Journal of Fisheries and Aquatic Sciences) for full methodology.
