Nursery Acropora cervicornis bacterial community (16S) changes during the Florida 2023 Marine Heat Wave

This project aimed to observe Degree Heating Week induced changes in the microbiome of different genotypes of nursery reared Acropora cervicornis actively being used for restoration in South Florida.
