Litoditis marina microbiome raw sequence reads

We sequenced the microbiome of three morphologically cryptic species from the Litoditis marina species complex (Nematoda) which were isolated from the same habitat. We aimed to see whether there are differences in the microbial communities associated with these nematodes and investigated whether the microbiomes can be related to their food source. If so, resource partitioning may be an important driver of their coexistence.
