Lab-extracted organosolv lignins have been analysed using phosphorus NMR spectroscopy. This dataset includes: - 1 file explaining the method; - 1 file summarizing the quantity of hydroxyl groups for all organosolv lignin samples; - NMR spectra (one per lignin sample).
