Effects of dietary supplementation with Limosilactobacillus reuteri RE225 on intestinal flora of black sea bream

To investigate the effects of dietary supplementation with Limosilactobacillus reuteri RE225 on intestinal flora of black sea bream, black sea breams (Acanthopagrus schlegelii) were fed with feed either containing or not containing L. reuteri RE225 for four weeks. Subsequently, acute intestinal inflammation was induced by TNBS, followed by sample collection, and the 16s rDNA sequencing of intestinal content samples were performed.
