Source code of the ICON model and scripts used for publication of "The ICON-based coupled Earth System Model for Climate Predictions and Projections (ICON XPP)" to be submitted to GMD. This dataset contains the source code of the ICON model and the scripts to run the simulations described in the related paper. The source code is identical to the ICON code release version "ICON-2024.07" (see https://www.icon-model.org/news) with additional diagnostics. See README-XPP.asc for more information.
