Matter Transfer Ontology

DOI

The Matter Transfer ontology is dedicated to matter transfer (e.g. O2, CO2, H2O) and mechanical properties of materials (eg food packaging tensile strength).

Data are structured around: - Symbolic concepts including studied objects and qualitative data: material type, molecule type, etc. - Quantity concepts including quantitative data: temperature, packaging thickness, relative humidity, etc. - Relation concepts describing relationships between studied objects, qualitative and quantitative data: O2 permeability relation, volatil solubility Young's modulus relation, etc. The ontology is used by @Web tool
