Multi-tissue transcriptomes of juvenile male and female slipper lobsters Thenus australiensis

Juvenile slipper lobsters (Thenus australiensis) from cultured stocks were investigated regarding the transcriptomic differences between male and female tissues. The tissues of interest were: brain, testis, ovary, heart, stomach, fifth or third walking leg, hepatopancreas and muscle.
