Replication materials for the paper "The Digital 3D-Atlas MAKER (DAMAKER): a dynamic and expandable digital 3D-tool for monitoring the temporal changes in tissue growth during hindbrain morphogenesis". Three datasets are included. The first one contains the FIJI macros for image analysis. The second one contains the R code to plot signals along the embryonic axes. The final one contains the 3D models of various signals and the temporal maps showing the changes in tissue growth during hindbrain morphogenesis. First dataset: Supplementary_Material_1: It contains the FIJI_Macros in 10 IJM files. Second dataset: Supplementary_Material_2: It contains the R code and the Axis distribution plots. Third dataset: It contains 9 TIFF files which generate the 3D animated model videos of the temporal maps. They weigh nearly 2GB

Frederic Udina is co-author of the the second dataset that is Supplementary_Material_2 (the R code and the Axis distribution plots).
