Oxidation of ABTS by Trametes versicolor laccase

Investigated was the oxidation of ABTS and syringaldazine by Trametes versicolor laccase. For this, the concentration of the substrate over time was measured, for different initial concentrations. All measurements were repeated for three replicates.

The dataset consists of the OMEX EnzymeML archive that was created using a spreadsheet as well as a complementing Jupyter Notebook to model the data using the Python package lmfit and PyEnzyme. In order to investigate the dataset, it is advised to use the PyEnzyme library.
