The MRIs of 20 patients with glioblastoma and 20 patients with low-grade glioma acquired pre- and postoperatively and at progression were collected from one institution, annotated (T1-weighted, T1-weighted after contrast, T2-weighted, FLAIR-weighted), manually segmented by eight human raters, manual Chollet landmark labelled, and indicated on MNI 09a standard brain space. This storage contains the native scans and segmented and labelled binary nifti files that locate tumor and landmarks.
