Simultaneous INS and Raman studies of lysozyme

The proposers have obtained a dispersive Raman spectrometer that is fibre optically coupled to a custom centrestick that will allow simultaneous Raman and neutron measurements. The aim of the present proposal is to obtain a comprehensive set of simultaneous Raman and INS spectra of hen egg white lysozyme as a function of temperature, hydration level and deuteration.
