Criminaliteit en de detailhandel 1995

Survey among retail shops in the Netherlands, to acquire information about the scale of and damage due to crime against shops. The following offences were investigated: theft of merchandise and money, burglary, graffiti, robbery and intimidation of personnel / readiness to report crime versus not reporting crime / extent of damage / crime by customers, employees and suppliers / crime prevention measures and other reactions from shopkeepers to crime.
