Solar masks at Col de Porte, France

Two masks (up and down) are given (in ° above horizon), as a function of solar azimuth (0 is true North). Between mask up and mask down, only a fraction (percentage) of the direct solar radiation reaches the ground. Below the mask down elevation angle, 100% of the direct solar radiation is cut.
