Dirac Nodal Line Magnons in a Stacked Honeycomb Magnet

DOI

On the basis of exchange couplings obtained from early inelastic neutron measurements, we conjecture that the stacked honeycomb magnet FeTiO3 contains Dirac nodal lines in the magnon band structure. Here we propose the first measurement of such features in a magnetic material which have analogues in electronic band structures and which are the precursors of various topological states including Weyl points and Chern bands
