In opdracht van Projectbureau Ooijen-Wanssum heeft de combinatie RAAP-BAAC van 23 augustus 2016 tot en met 12 januari 2017 archeologische proefsleuven gegraven in het kader van het project ‘Gebiedsontwikkeling Ooijen-Wanssum’ te Ooijen in de gemeente Horst aan de Maas. Er werd op twee plekken veldwerk uitgevoerd, die bekend staan onder ‘vindplaats 10’ en ‘vindplaats 11’.
