Analysis of Adaptive Assembly for the pairing of Spur Gear and Crown Wheel

In this dataset, 1000 Spur gears and 1000 Crown wheels with specific geometric deviations, resulting from manufacturing process inaccuracies, have been generated. The data in the dataset contains both the inputs and outputs of a proposed adaptive assembly system for gears pairing. The inputs include labeled gears and the KTE values of different combinations of the two types. The outputs include the results of selective assembly binning analysis and individual assembly analysis for the specific pairing of the two gears.

Khezri et al. (2023) reports the surrogate model which is developed to calculate the KTE value.
