Dataset for Bioethanol production from sugarcane press-mud: Analysis of pretreatment conditions and H2 potential

This data shows the raw data of the carbohydrate and reducing sugar content after hydrolysis, sterilization, and fermentation of sugarcane press-mud. Likewise, this data shows the ethanol and fusel alcohol profile after fermentation of the hydrolysate recovered from sugarcane press-mud. Fermentation was carried out at 30 ºC and 48h in a Bioscreen by using Saccharomyces cerevisiae. Statistical analysis of those results are shown.

Besides, data from the HMF and liquid recovery is shown. Mass balance and hydrogen potential is shown for the best conditions.
