This dataset presents the data obtained in vivo from 20 healthy participants by segmentation and registration of dynamic axial abdominal MRI. The data includes visceral area, abdominal muscles lengths, thicknesses, radial displacements, radial and circumferentials strains. The considered abdominal muscle groups are rectus abdominis and lateral muscles. The data were obtained on twenty healthy in vivo participant during a study approved by the French ethics committee (IDRCB : 2019-A00806–51) and was conducted in accordance with national legislation related to interventional research and the declaration of Helsinki. The participants performed three different exercises : breathing, coughing and the Valsalva maneuver. Please look at the README file for more informations.
