Genome-wide raw data on local adaptation in a mediterranean lizard

DOI

Raw genomic data for 5 locally adapted populations of a mediterranean lizard. We used the restriction enzyme Pst1 for GBS library preparation. Sequencing was done in an Illumina HiSeq2500 sequencer. The pipeline used for SNPs discovery was UNEAK, implemented in TASSEL v.3.0. After quality and linkage disiquilibrium filtering steps, we obtained a dataset with > 73,000 SNPs. We also provide data on phenotypic variation.
