Interaction of polypeptide with surfactant: SANS study of solution aggregation

This proposal constitutes part of our ongoing study towards understanding the solution aggregation of collagen based polypeptides and their interactions with model surfactants. Nonionic C12E5, SDS and C12TAB will be used as model surfactants and their deuterated versions will help enhance structural resolution.
