Scandinavian type flint daggers from the province of Drenthe, the Netherlands

This paper discusses a recent detailed study of Scandinavian type flint daggers discovered in the province Drenthe, the Netherlands. Although only 26 daggers from Drenthe, either complete or fragmented, were studied, the research can be considered as a valuable addition to Bloemers’ (1968) classical study about flint daggers of Scandinavian type. New information is provided about typology, technology, raw material, and provenance and context.
