Domus Ludens. The Domus Ludens Project has sought to promote play culture in residential centres to protect children in three European countries: Spain, Poland and Germany. the general objective of the Domus Ludens project has been to promote the "right to play" of children and youngsters (13-17 years old) living in residential centres by carrying out a pilot test of eight months of board game sessions per week, to assess whether regular, structured and professionally guided play has a positive impact on the "well-being" of this particularly vulnerable target group and to analyse what cognitive, emotional and social skills can be developed through regular play.

The research technique used for the evaluation of the pilot was the survey, and the instruments were questionnaires with open-ended and closed-ended questions. These questionnaires were designed in English and then translated into the languages of each country (Catalan, Spanish, Polish and German).

This dataset includes: (1) The data frame in SPSS Statistics Data Document (.sav) format, with the youngsters and youth workers’ answers to the questionnaire (a total of 455 answers) 2)The questionnaire in english directed to youngsters (13-17 years old) living in residential centres 3)The questionnaire in english directed to professionals working with those young people

The project was under ERASMUS+ PROGRAMME, STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIPS (KEY ACTION 2), AGREEMENT NUMBER 2020-1-ES01-KA204-082783
